Meet THE RBH BOARD
Darrell Mcreynolds
Darrell is our board chair and brings decades of leadership experience in education and community service, having faithfully served students and families through Tomball ISD for more than 35 years. His life’s work reflects a deep commitment to developing character, integrity, and purpose in others.
Darrell has a genuine heart for helping people find freedom and restoration. His passion for prayer and prophetic ministry, along with his deep love for the mission of Rock Bottom Hope, fuels his desire to walk alongside individuals and families impacted by addiction. He is honored to serve on the board and is dedicated to helping others discover hope, healing, and lasting transformation.
Ronda Trow
Ronda is our board secretary and brings over 20 years of experience in public affairs and communications, with a strong background in leadership, transparency, and relationship-building across government and community organizations.
Her commitment to Rock Bottom Hope is deeply personal. Ronda has walked her own family through addiction and crisis and has witnessed firsthand the power of faith, support, and perseverance. She has seen her son overcome addiction and step into a restored life rooted in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Ronda is honored to serve on the board and is passionate about helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and lasting transformation.
Jeff eckert
Jeff is community relations and brings more than 36 years of professional experience in geology and energy exploration, having served with ExxonMobil, XTO Energy, and related organizations in both domestic and international roles. His career reflects a strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and disciplined leadership.
Jeff’s involvement with Rock BottomHope is rooted in personal experience. Having walked his own family through addiction and recovery, he understands the challenges families face and the importance of consistent support. He faithfully volunteers as RBH’s Family Support & Recovery Guide, walking alongside individuals and loved ones with compassion, wisdom, and hope. Jeff is honored to serve on the board and is passionate about helping families find healing, restoration, and lasting freedom.
Jim Mcrae
Jim is our treasurer and brings 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, serving primarily as a project manager with both domestic and international responsibilities. His career reflects steady leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to integrity.
Through personal challenges within his family and close relationships, Jim has seen firsthand the power of redemption, restoration, and reconciliation. He believes deeply in the mission of Rock Bottom Hope and its role in helping individuals rebuild their lives and reconnect with their families. Jim also serves faithfully in his church’s Care Ministry and is passionate about walking alongside others as they pursue healing and freedom.
